Hij was bisschop van Kilmore, Ierland. Behalve het feit dat hij tot diep in de 17e eeuw verering genoot en dat er talloze Ierse heiligen worden beschouwd als zijn (half)broers is er over zijn leven zelf niet veel bekend.
Verering & Cultuur
De kathedrale kerk van Cavan is aan hem en aan Sint Patrick toegewijd.
